1. Color mixing

According to customer's product requirement, Put the matched (or different hardness) raw materials into the mixing machine to achieve the normal volume of material is appropriate, to prevent granular protrusion, about 5 ~ 10 minutes of mixing time. Different products have different mixing times, this is taking the keypad as the sample.
Put the rolled materials which are refined separately into the color masterbatch to practice evenly, about 10~15 minutes, add the vulcanizing agent and mix for another 15 minutes, with normal rotational speed at 17~20 turns can be out of the sheet ready to cut materials.

2. Cutting size
The complete rolls are cut into equal strips using a machine to ensure that the weight of each product is about the same.

3. Vulcanization
According to the relevant index of the product, debug the temperature of the machine and its time; extract the mold and align the points; after the alignment is normal, the mold will be preheated, and after the temperature is reached, the processed and arranged silicone material will be put into the mold and press the auto-molding key, press the start key to open the automatic vulcanization procedure into the automatic production control state.

After the mold has been heated, an air gun is required to assist in the demolding process. After demoulding, the cavity is cleaned of residual waste and burrs are trimmed.

4. First round of QC

The products will be sent to the quality inspection platform for evaluation, where their weight, surface and back defects will be examined. If there are any inconsistencies in color, shape or size, the product must undergo rework. The presence of a blackened bottom indicates a defect.

5. Printing

Trim the raw edge enough to put into the mold, according to a certain number of places, after the printing plate is placed, paste the printing surface with tape will increase the pigment viscosity, but also can be more fixed position, printed products are put into the shelf ready for drying.

Put the products placed on the shelf into the dry, after drying, put them into the box for the second round of quality inspection and edge removal.

6. Second round of QC

Pick the raw edge, check whether the printed writing is clear and the shape is complete, and the product hardness or elasticity, check whether there is a stain.

7. Packaging

Packing according to customer quantity requirements.
